One of the standout items on the menu is their signature "Uncommonground Benedict," a twist on the classic eggs benedict. The balance of flavors, with a perfect blend of savory, tangy, and spicy, makes it a satisfying choice for breakfast or brunch.

For those with dietary restrictions or preferences, Uncommonground - Lakeview offers plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. The "Vegan Tacos," filled with roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, and a tangy avocado crema, are an excellent choice for anyone seeking plant-based cuisine. Similarly, their gluten-free pancakes are light, fluffy, and drizzled with local maple syrup, offering a delightful treat without sacrificing flavor.

In addition to the food, Uncommonground - Lakeview boasts an impressive beverage selection, including craft coffee, specialty cocktails, and fresh juices. For coffee lovers, their cold brew is smooth and refreshing, perfect for sipping during a relaxing brunch. Meanwhile, their seasonal cocktails, like the "Lavender Lemonade," are ideal for those who want to indulge in a unique drink while enjoying the lively ambiance. If you’re visiting during the warmer months, the outdoor seating area offers a perfect spot to enjoy your meal while taking in the lively street views of Lakeview.

Fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch just a short walk from Wrigley field. Service was very attentive with the owner even coming to all the tables to ensure our experience was going well. The good was delicious and our whole table cleared our entire plates. I highly recommend the scrambler. Lots of windows up front and multiple rooms to sit in the back as well as a beautiful covered patio. Any time I am in Wrigleyville I plan to go back.

Loved the food here. It was my first time, and was amazed at how good they are. Their carrot cake is very yum!! Oh, and their coffee's good too. Service was great, friendly, and polite. And I loved the vibe of the place and art hanging on their walls.

The great thing about a big city like Chicago is you can stumble upon places like Uncommon Ground. Walking back to our hotel we randomly stopped in for a beer, very glad we did. Bartender was convivial, answered all of our questions about the beer and gave us a little history of the business. The beers we tried were really outstanding. Keeping this place on the list for our next trip to Chicago.

The perfect Sunday brunch spot! The Salmon Eggs Benedict, Breakfast Sammie, and Lemon Blueberry Pancakes were all so good in their own ways. We sat outside on the patio which was lovely, but the inside of the restaurant is homey, bright, and eclectically decorated, also. Our server, Daniel, was warm and helpful. We will definitely be back again!

I came here for brunch after running a 5k in Wrigley. Nothing hits quite like a mimosa after a good run, so I had to order the mimosa flight. They were pretty tasty and had a good variety of flavors. For food, I got the chilaquiles. Being basically breakfast nachos, they have everything you could ever want. Uncommon Ground has some of the better chilaquiles I’ve had in the city. They have a cute outdoor space as well as seating inside. The bees were out and they love juice, so it made more sense to sit inside which is a shame because it was a beautiful day. Hopefully some other time I can sit outside. Lastly, the service was very good. They were very accommodating and food came out very quickly.
